Passover Sandwiches

Hey guys- Cupcake here! I'm so sorry I haven't posted any Passover recipes yet, but now I'm starting! This isn't really a "recipe post" with ingredients and preperation and all that stuff, it's just telling you about my family and I's favorite Passover sandwiches.

So I personally like avacado and matzah sandwiches the best, but as with all matzah sandwiches there are some dangers. Say it's Passover and you're bringing in your matzah sandwich for lunch. It's 11:45 am and your sandwich was made roughly five hours ago. That's five hours for you sandwich to squish and squash and meld together and get nice and soggy. Especially when avacado's involved.

Some other matzah sandwiches include: cream cheese and lox, various kinds of meat, last night's dinner, and really anything you put on a normal sandwich.

What's your favorite kind of matzah sandwich? Tell me in the comments below!

  1. A matzah sandwich that has been made by Yoshi is the best kind of matzah sandwich (NOT an opinion; just the truth).
